The Guidance and Counselling Office (GCO):

• Extends free counseling assistance and services to our students.
• Promotes their psychological well-being and total development for better adjustment to their environment and society.
• Helps set their goals and identify the means to achieve them.
• Administers free psychological tests among our students. 

Any advice given shall be :

• Highly confidential.
• Primarily intended to provide the students with available options for their fruitful and enjoyable stay in the University.

• Acts as sole repository of all scholastic records of the enrollee’s entry until his exit from the University.

• Formulates and executes policies on enrollment, transfer and graduation of students.
• Observes guidelines on the generation, storage and use of such records, preparation of Form-137, certifications and diplomas.
• Performs lead role in the commencement and other exercises.

• Exhibits
• Field demonstrations
• Victories and travels during competitions
• Outreach activities and programs
• Other University-related activities

The Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA):

• Nurtures and develops the artistic interest, creative and aesthetic sense of our students and faculty.
• Encourages membership in our UE Dance Troupe, Chorale, Band and the Drama Company.
