The admission shall be on selective basis based on qualifying entrance examination and prescribed requirements and credentials enumerated below:

  • Birth certificate from the National Statistics Office (NSO) - original and photocopy duly authenticated.
  • Report card (F138)- duly authenticated and signed by the school Principal.
  • I.D. picture (4 copies 2’x2”).
  • Certification of Good Moral Character.
  • One big brown envelope.
